Routed Mode

In routed mode ASA act as a router hop in the network. ASA can use OSPF or RIP in single context (context means virtual firewalls).

 

Each interface of ASA is in different subnet .Each interface will be having IPs of different subnet.

Routed mode support many interfaces.
